Alles war wunderbar! Das Haus schmiegt sich f\u00f6rmlich an den Hang und es ergibt sich ein gelungenes Miteinander von Innen- und Aussenraum in der Landschaft. Wir wussten, dass es sch\u00f6n sein w\u00fcrde, deswegen sind wir ja gekommen. Doch die grossz\u00fcgigen R\u00e4ume und ihre passende M\u00f6blierung, die Details im Material- sowie Farbkonzept haben uns wirklich sehr gefallen. H\u00e4tten wir ein Ferienhaus in den Bergen, so sollte es sein! Alles hat gut f\u00fcr uns vier Personen f\u00fcr die sommerliche Woche gepasst. Merci an Eli und Karen f\u00fcr diese M\u00f6glichkeit!<\/strong>\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

But be sure not to miss the canyon by Madonna Dei Fanghi and secret walk down to the river at the base of the mountain and varigotti was our favourite beach spot.

\u201cEin Traum am fr\u00fchen Morgen, wenn die Sonne \u00fcber die Berge blinzelt und die Terrasse in warmes Licht taucht, ein Genuss, wenn am Abend ein laues L\u00fcftchen Abk\u00fchlung auf die Terrasse bringt und man sich am Panorama nicht satt sehen kann, begleitet lediglich vom Zirpen der Zikaden und dem Gesang der V\u00f6gel – sonst absolute Ruhe. In der Nacht f\u00fchlt man sich den Sternen dort oben so nah, wie selten an einem Ort. War es zu heiss, zum Essen und Lesen, haben wir den Ausblick vom Garten- und Grillbereich unter den B\u00e4umen im Schatten der alten Gem\u00e4uer genutzt. Das waren lediglich die Aussenbereiche. Unbeschrieben das Haus selbst, verwinkelt, auf verschiedenen Ebenen mit viel Liebe zum Detail und Stil wurde dieses Haus und jeder Raum individuell renoviert. Wir freuen uns sehr, dass wir diesen wunderbaren Ort erleben durften. Eli war sehr nett, und hat uns viele Infos zu Haus und Umgebung zukommen lassen, so dass alles prima zu finden war. (\u201cA dream in the early morning when the sun squints over the mountains and bathes the terrace in warm light, a pleasure when a mild breeze cools the terrace in the evening and you can’t get enough of the panorama, accompanied only by the chirping of the cicadas and the birds singing – otherwise absolute calm. At night you feel so close to the stars up there as rarely in any other place. If it was too hot to eat and read, we used the garden and barbecue area under the trees in the shade of the old walls. That was just the outside areas. The house itself is indescribable, nooks and crannies on different levels with great attention to detail and style, this house and every room has been individually renovated. We are very happy that we were able to experience this wonderful place. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach nur \u00fcberw\u00e4ltigend! An dem Panorama kann man sich einfach nicht satt sehen. Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, gross und sehr hell durch die grossen Fensterfronten. Da kann man sogar bei schlechtem Wetter drinnen sitzen und eine tolle Zeit haben! In der stilvoll eingerichtet K\u00fcche findet man alles was man braucht, ebenso in den zwei Badezimmern, die mit wundersch\u00f6nen Fliesen geschm\u00fcckt sind. Die Grillstelle im Garten haben wir auch genutzt und frischen Fisch und Gem\u00fcse gegrillt. Man kann hier wunderbar unter den Tannen sitzen und auf die Berge schauen und einen tollen Abend mit Freuden verbringen. An diesem Ort kann man sehr gut abschalten und seine Energie wieder aufladen. Wir sind immer noch verzaubert und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Danke, dass ihr euren Ort mit uns geteilt habt!”<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

(The house with its garden is a pearl in the middle of the Ligurian mountains! It totally exceeded our expectations. We corresponded with Eli, who is a nice and relaxed host. We immediately felt at home. The view from the terrace is just overwhelming! We could not get enough of the panorama. The house is tastefully decorated with attention to detail, large and very bright due to the large window fronts, so if the weather is bad you can sit inside and have a great time. In the stylishly furnished kitchen, you will find everything you need, as well as in the two bathrooms which are decorated with beautiful tiles. We also used the fire area in the garden where we grilled fresh fish and vegetables. You can sit here comfortably under the trees and look up to the mountains spending a wonderful evening with friends. This is a place in which you can disconnect and recharge your energy. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, in einem rustikalen Stil, der der Region angemessen ist. Und trotzdem mit allem technischen Komfort, von Gasherd \u00fcber Internet und Sonos-Musikanlage, gut ausgestatteten B\u00e4dern usw. Unschlagbar sind der weite, wundersch\u00f6ne Ausblick, die Terrassen des Hauses und – die Badestelle am Fu\u00df des Berges unter der alten Eselsbr\u00fccke! Wenn man dort gebadet hat, will man nicht mehr ans Meer. Lediglich die Anfahrt zum Haus \u00fcber viele Serpentinen ist – anf\u00e4nglich – etwas furchteinfl\u00f6\u00dfend, aber man gew\u00f6hnt sich dran. Und oben auf dem Berg umgibt einen dann Stille – abgesehen vom Glockengel\u00e4ut der drei Kirchen ringsum und vom Vogelgezwitscher. Absolut empfehlenswert!\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

(The house is fantastically beautiful with views over the surrounding valleys and mountains and the villages of the area. It is tastefully decorated with attention to detail, in a rustic style appropriate to the region. And yet with all the technical comforts, from gas stove to Internet and Sonos music system, well-equipped bathrooms, etc. Unbeatable are the wide, beautiful views, the terraces of the house and the bathing area at the foot of the mountain under the old donkey bridge! If you have bathed there, you do not want to go to the sea. Only the approach to the house on many serpentines is, at first, somehow scary, but you get used to it. And then, on the top of the mountain, there is silence around you, apart from the ringing of the bells of the three churches around you and the birdsong. Highly Recommended!)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Technische Ausstattung komplett, sogar Tablet, Sonos und Internet in ausreichender Geschwindigkeit sind vorhanden. Die K\u00fcche l\u00e4sst keine W\u00fcnsche offen, Terrasse und Wohnzimmer sind mehr als ausreichend dimensioniert. Nachts bietet die Terrasse au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Ausblicke in den Sternenhimmel, tags\u00fcber grandiose Blicke ins Tal und gegen\u00fcberliegende Bergd\u00f6rfer. Drei miteinander verbundene Schlafzimmer bieten mindestens sechs Personen Schlafm\u00f6glichkeiten. Unten im Tal gibt es an mehreren Stellen Badem\u00f6glichkeiten, wobei die an der alten Fu\u00dfg\u00e4ngerbr\u00fccke sicherlich einer der sch\u00f6nsten ist. Die Kinder haben diese dem Baden im Mittelmeer vorgezogen. Mutige k\u00f6nnen sich aus ca. sechs Metern in die Tiefe st\u00fcrzen. Essen gibt es sehr gut und reichlich in umliegenden Restaurants, Pieve bietet alle n\u00f6tigen Einkaufsm\u00f6glichkeiten.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Complete technical equipment, even tablet, Sonos and Internet in sufficient speed are available. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, terrace and living room are more than adequate size. At night, the terrace offers exceptional views of the starry sky, during the day magnificent views of the valley and opposite mountain villages. Three interconnecting bedrooms sleep at least six people. Down in the valley there are bathing opportunities in several places, whereas the old pedestrian bridge is certainly one of the most beautiful. The children preferred them to bathing in the Mediterranean. Bold people can plunge from about six meters into the water. Food is very good and plentiful in surrounding restaurants, Pieve offers all the necessary shopping options.)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cWow! I highly recommend staying at this beautiful house in this magical location! The house itself with its rustic and modern design was a special experience for us. The combination of the olive and fruit groves surrounding the house with the house itself was an otherworldly retreat. It was great to have access to the beaches of the Riviera but always be able to escape from the action and heat into a cool, quiet sanctuary in the evenings. Eli and Karen were great hosts. They were communicative, informative and genuinely interested in helping us make the most of our stay. We especially appreciated their restaurant recommendations. It\u2019s clear that they love their house and are happy to share it with others. I’m looking forward to coming back to their magnificent house in Ubaga!\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The cobination of old and new, the mountain air in the evening, and the beautiful Italian Riviera beaches and the small villages around with the authentic restaurants were absolutly perpect!!
